'Do you want to design a paradise for us' was the question I received from the clients who have their holiday home in Aardenburg
were realizing. Unlike their modern garden at their home in Brabant, this garden had to be lush, green and alive. 


To make the experience of paradise come into its own as much as possible in this pipe drawer, sight lines and walking routes are very important. From the house and from the various seating areas in the garden, there are always surprising views of beautiful combinations of perennials and ornamental grasses.
The walking route is the red line in the garden. This connects the various borders and seating areas with each other. In addition, it is of course fantastic to walk through the garden along the plants and to be able to take a good look at everything.

Dianthus carthusianorum, Monarda 'On Parade', Phlox 'Blue Evening', Stachys 'Hummelo', Molinia 'Transparent' and Achillea 'Silver Spray' have been used here.

The holiday feeling is emphasized by the use of gravel, grass and stepping stones. An additional advantage of these materials is that the garden is 100% permeable to water.

All in all, this is a paradise for people and animals and is a valuable addition to the promotion of the environment.
