Inspired by the simplistic Japanese art and architecture and the clients' uniquely refined interior, I created a matching design for this garden. Just as in the interior, soft colors are used in both the materials and the plants outside. This creates a soothing outdoor space that has become an extension of the living room. The complexity of the planting scheme creates a natural environment and a garden that changes 365 days a year, yet remains always beautiful.
